Our story

In January 2024, Level Up was born from a simple yet powerful idea: small businesses deserve the opportunity to thrive.

Co-founders Lucas Moura and Luis Nasciutti discovered that they shared a common vision, rooted in their similar yet distinct backgrounds. Both came from families in Brazil, but with very different experiences.

Luis's family was wealthy, deeply involved in business. However, like many, their business eventually faced challenges. Despite this, Luis inherited a passion for business, spending his life learning how to improve processes and optimize operations. When he moved to the United States, Luis realized that many people lacked the business knowledge he had acquired and felt compelled to share it with others.

Lucas, on the other hand, grew up witnessing the struggles of his mother, an incredibly talented dentist, who, despite her professional excellence, faced the challenges of running a business without the proper structure. Like Luis's family, Lucas’s grandfather also built his wealth from scratch but lost it due to a lack of organization and business acumen. These personal experiences shaped Lucas’s understanding of the importance of strong business foundations.

Together, Lucas and Luis combined their life lessons and expertise to create Level Up. Their goal is to help entrepreneurs avoid the pitfalls that their families faced, guiding them to build successful businesses from the start. By sharing their practical knowledge, Lucas and Luis aim to minimize the mistakes new business owners make, ensuring that their ventures are built on a solid, organized foundation
